Three displays simultaneously with Matrox TripleHead2Go Digital SE
The Matrox known company, has existed for several years offering these systems to attach multiple monitors in one and the TripleHead2Go Digital SE is the latest version of its great graphics expansion modules.
Connect 3 monitors 1,920 x 1,080 monitor creating a giant 5,760 x 1,080, which will act as a single monitor and only require a connection to your computer.
In the specific case of the TripleHead2Go Digital SE, has reduced the size of the apparatus with respect to its predecessor, and has become more lightweight and durable, with a very airy and able to withstand all kinds of shocks metal casing.
The monitors are connected to its 3 DVI outputs, even if you do not have that kind of connector, you can always use adapters. To feed and control you will have to connect it to a USB 2.0 port on your computer.
Graphical Display Port input is due to the large amount of data and decisions that have to drive, although you can also use mini Display Port adapter cables or Thunderbolt.
In this case, if any of those disponéis outputs on your computer, except that you use an active connector and supports Dual-link, do not work. But do not worry because anyway, Matrox you also have other models, such as the Digital Edition, with direct support VGA and DVI Dual-link input and VGA or DVI output, or DP Edition, with VGA outputs DVI or Display Port.
They are compatible with PC and Mac, need to use special software to configure the multimonitor it creates. For Linux it is possible to use it too, but this will have to configure it before on PC or Mac with the exact resolution you want to use, then plug it into Linux without changing anything.
