Mark Zuckerberg called Obama to complain about NSA
“When our engineers work tirelessly to improve safety, we imagine you are protecting against criminals, not our own government,” that’s what Zuckerberg wrote on Thursday afternoon.
It may seem naive to the leader of a giant technology company that makes money based on your personal information to point the angry government surveillance finger. But Zuckerberg’s complaint is specifically aimed at one thing: piracy.
Their concerns are based on the latest research report of the intersection, which revealed that the National Security Agency has become a weapon of Internet, making it possible to inject bad software on the computers of innocent people en masse. In short, using the QUANTUM program, the NSA can sneak into someone’s web browser.
Zuckerberg took to Facebook to condemn the tactic, saying it goes against the company’s attempts to protect its users. Facebook noted that it encrypts communications users, uses a secure software and encourages people to use the procedures safer start session.
