Pros and cons of censorship on the Internet

The infinity of democratizing effects of the Internet face some risks because of increasing censorship and surveillance network. Berners-Lee, creator of the network in 1990, says that when things are exposed shoddy, some governments feel threatened.
There are some criteria on whether to protect the rights to privacy and freedom of expression on the Internet, particularly because of the social and political impact that can be exercised by this means.
Tim Berners-Lee said that in a study of 81 countries, we can determine that there is a degree of censure on the information that the user can access.
The study also suggests that 94% of countries do not control the interceptions of governments to the internet and 30% block or filter political content.
