The company intends LINE, this year, over 500 million global customers. It is a popular software similar to American Whatsapp instant messaging. Currently, handles a daily traffic of about 27 billion messages a day.
Although its headquarters are in Japan, LINE belongs to South Korean Internet giant NHN and made headlines the previous year exceeded 300 million customers worldwide. The phenomenon is a result of the increase in users speaking countries.
Besides penetration in Southeast Asia, where the application has been made to formally establish, continues to increase the number of users in countries such as Spain and Mexico. The service came to light on June 23, 2011.
In late July 2013 had exceeded 200 million. Currently, it is promoted in France, Italy, Germany, Turkey and India. Only in India, LINE achieved 10 million downloads in just three months.
